I originally went to Phil with a backup problem on my Windows desktop. He went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning up my pc and ensuring all software was up to date and installing a new backup system. This took some time as the machine is ten years old. As a result it is much faster in operation and the new backup system has cured the original problem. All this for what I judge to be a reasonable price.
Altogether superb service in my estimation.
