Corona Virus Notification

We know that many of you may be experiencing the impact of the Coronavirus already or will be worried about what it could mean over the coming weeks.

As always, our priority is taking care of our customers.

During these difficult times, contact with the outside world, friends and family is imperative – and it is likely that we will be doing so via our computers and tablets, and therefore Big Phil Computers is still very much open for business to assist you with all your technical needs.
Here is some practical information to help you sort your Computer repair problems.
Please don’t visit us if you have any symptoms and need to stay at home – through the use of TeamViewer, I can log in remotely to assist you.

If your device does need to come to the workshop, do not worry, if you are well enough to do so, you can simply drop it off in the external hold area with no human interaction required.

After repair the machine can be collected from the hold area.

Above all stay safe and follow the government guidelines for your personal circumstances.
